A sea of clear blue water, kissing the sky,
A flock of sea gulls ready to fly,
Sun bathers bathing at Man O’ War beach,
Swimmers swimming to the point, they could reach,
Coastline with sand and shingles galore,
Perfect sunny summer day to explore,
A World Heritage Site with a history,
Every part of the coast tells a story.
Yes we were at the Jurassic Coast,
‘Durdle door’,the limestone arch,is what enchanted me the most!

About the Poem: During the August Bank Holiday,I visited Dorset,UK with my family and explored the Jurassic Coast, which is a World Heritage Site on the English Channel coast of southern England.I must say it was an amazing experience, with stunning views. I couldn’t resist myself from writing few lines on the beautiful landscape, the clear blue water and the atmosphere on the beach. The pictures I have shared, were all taken by me.If you want to know more about this place, then you can check this link, below.
